Due to high demand, our inventory levels are always fluctuating. Therefore some orders may take up to 6-10 weeks for delivery. Whenever this is the case, we will inform you within 24 hours of your order.
At EMFURN, we place our customers above our bottom line. If you do not receive your item and it is lost during transit, we will refund you in full or replace your item. If it is in transit, then we will do our absolute best to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
If you aren't satisfied with the product for whatever reason, let us know within 2 weeks for a refund minus shipping costs and a 30% restock fee. If items are delivered damaged then it is imperative that we are informed within 48 hours so that we can process a free exchange for you.
